Missouri man Ed Bagley faces a federal trial early next year on 11 counts of abuse against a woman authorities say he groomed to be his sex slave.

There is much debate about E.L. James’s “50 Shades of Grey”. Now many are following a new criminal case specifically because certain advocacy groups were hoping a particular issue would not come up: Can a sex act between consenting adults still be considered sexual abuse?

Some worry that the government’s assertion that it can still be criminal, could open up people who practice bondage, dominance, sadism and masochism – or BDSM – to criminal charges for consensual acts they’re already performing, In the upcoming trial of a man accused of abusing his wife, he says they were simply engaging in S&M.   1. This is one colorful couple. He looks menacing and maybe he did groom her for sex slavery, she must have some mental issues to get wrapped up in a situation like that.

  3. what ever the problem IF there is a problem .. is she complaining .. if not .. what the hell is going on .. uncle sam is stepping in to protect .. really ? or is this another law that lawyers will be feeding on ?
